Ernst Leopold s.r.o. is Committed to Sustainability: 100% Energy from Renewable Sources

Ernst Leopold s.r.o. is pleased to announce that in 2024 it completely transitioned to the use of electricity from renewable sources. This step is part of our strategy aimed at reducing our carbon footprint and protecting the environment.

Our decision was motivated not only by environmental responsibility but also by the growing demands from our business partners. We are increasingly encountering inquiries about sustainability and reducing CO2 emissions. Therefore, we actively engaged in the transformation and purchased nearly 75% of our electricity from renewable sources, as confirmed by the relevant certificates (see below). The purchase was facilitated by the renowned company Pražská energetika, a.s.

In cooperation with Pražská energetika, we purchased a total of 2000 MWh of electricity from renewable sources during the period from January 1 to December 31, 2024. This purchase is documented with a certificate bearing the unique identification number 22X000143[20250130_092504, issued on January 30, 2025.
